Change of status from PGWP to study permit

Dear Friends,

My PGWP(post grad work permit) will expire in 2 months. I am planning to apply for study permit again since i have no employer to file for work permit. I need to be in the country until i hear some decision about my PR application.

(since i am already in canada).i came here to canada on student visa..will it come under study permit extension?(why i am asking this quesiton is my current status is PGWP status).
or new study permit?
Could you please send me the correct link on cic website for online applicaiton?

Yes, visitors can't apply for a study permit in Canada, they must apply to an overseas office.
