change of NOC

I got ITA in Feb. I entered an NOC for my wife's job that I found out after ITA to be incorrect. Will changing NOC in post ITA forms result in misrepreasentation?

Note: I did not get any points for my wife's job in CRS.

Go ahead and change it. Her foreign work experience is irrelevant in the first place (assuming she is the dependent).
