I am submitting my Wife's application for citizenship and have a question regarding Q5.
My wife became a PR in 2005 when she was a teenager - that was in her maiden name.
We got married in 2010 and updated her PR card then to show her married name.
The question asks if she has changed her name since she became a PR - the answer is yes, but we have already updated that with her PR card and presumably in their system. Do we still need to say on the form that she has changed her name and supply the copy of our Marriage Certificate for this application of citizenship?
