Change of Name spellings

My metric and engineering degrees name spellings differ with a difference of only 01 alphabet from my rest of the documents (Jobs documents, certifications both job related and accredited, bank account and passport). In fact name on all of these documents coincide with my PassPort Name Speeling. Please guide me that "will it be acceptable to submit alongwith immigration documents, an affidavit signed by Oath Commissioner stating the genuineness of my docs matching with passport name spelling. If so, can anyone share the draft of affidavit.
