Change of marital status after receiving CSQ (Quèbec Selection Certificate)

Anybody who can advise on above?
If I marry someone during the QSC/PR process, and incase they have no knowledge of french, will it affect my application? At what stage should one marry so that it does not negatively affect my original application? (Ofcourse I would make the spouse learn french before going, but most likely he would not know a word of french at time of marriage)

i am in montreal working and got my csq before wedding and trying to add my husband to csq and sent the necessary documents to immigration-quebec. How long does it take?
did anyone else face this?
PLEASE REPLY. i have to apply work permit if it takes late.
My money was debited yesterday and i applied before a month.

ill be getting married before I even get AOR!! I sent my application for Quebec in May but no sign of AOR...and my wedding date is approaching within a month...any help on whether it will affect my application?
