Hi! Need someone's advice on my case.
1. My employer was bought out by new owners thus there's a change of management. Note however that the public business name is still the same.
2. The work area or outlet (restaurant of the hotel) where i work for was leased out to a third party.
My question is this:
1. Do I need a new LMO and work permit due to the change of management/owner (third party) though I work in the same place/work area?
OR
2. Do I just need to inform CIC and do some necessary paperwork for the changes like change of
name of employer?
