Change of Landing interview date & city!

Hi,
I recieved letter from Cic for landing interview under spousal sponrship in the month of June , as we were relocating to Toronto from Edmonton, I requested CIC edmonton to relocate my interview to Scarbrough, Ontario. Its been more then two months havent heard anything from CIC scarbrough.. Does anyone had this kind of experience? how long does it actually take for relocating landing interview to a different city? Please advice!!!!

Scarborough is one of the busiest offices there is, you could be waiting many months for an appointment.
