My cousin applied for student visa sometime in July 2014 and was granted the visa ahead of the September 2014 admissions too Humber

She cancelled the admissions because she was advised by a friend to come too College of North- Athlantic.
Presently, she has gotten admissions to study at The College of North-Athlantic and have made tuition payments ahead of January 2015.
Please i need to know if she can present the new admissions letter and tuition fees receipt of the College of North-Athlantic at the port
of Entry.
