Change of information after receiving the invitation to apply for permanent residence entry express

I received my express entry invitation on July 8th, now that I have to present my file, I encounter a problem. I mentioned that I have a brother who lives in Canada and that he has permanent residency while he has not been in Canada for a year and he is stuck in Algeria because of Covid.

I can't find a way to replace the document to prove his address, he may have a bank statement with the address but it's on the internet so it says "Online".

The unfortunate thing is that I have enough points to pass without putting it in my profile, without it I will have 491 points.
What is the solution? decline the invitation? or can I update my profile after I receive the invitation?

You can't claim points for your brother. He's not living in Canada. If this means you will drop below the draw cut off, then you should decline the invitation.
