I am planning to file for FSW from India. However, I may go to Canada on ICT work permit, by my employer, this year end. Hence is it possible to change the processing center then to Canada from India?
You can certainly request that CIC change the processing office - however it's their decision if they do or continue processing your file through India. Typically they keep files with the original visa office rather than transfering.
So there is no guarantee you will be able to switch visa offices.
