Hello! I received an ITA. My wife has changed her mind and wants a divorce. My points as single/separated are higher than the joint points with which I received the ITA. What is the procedure for submitting an application without her? In the application form, there is an option to change Family Information. I want to select Divorced/Separated, which includes the intention of divorce (Separated means that two people are married but no longer living together, and they do not wish to live together again. They may be waiting for a divorce or have not yet decided to divorce). At the same time, we are filing for divorce. I might not be able to obtain the divorce certificate within the 60 days
that are given. Is it possible to do this (change the Family Information) at this stage?
