change of employment before documents requested

I applied on 15th Nov(simplified application) and received AOR on 15th Feb. I mentioned in my application that I am at job.I want to change my job now. My question is that if i change my job what will i have to do. Do i have to notify the visa office of change in job.

what if i am not at a job, when my application is processed? is it OK?

Also after receiving AOR i have heard nothing from visa office. Will my file now transfered to canada and checked for my job in 38 list and returned back to local visa office, when processing of my case starts or I shall receive request for documents now?

I would suggest you to inform the visa office about your change of employment. Since you applied before the ministerial instructions were out, your application will most likely be transferred to Nova Scotia for eligiblity test under the new scheme. If you check ECAS with your file number you can normally see whether your file is transferred to Nova Scotia or not and the most updated status of your file.
