CHANGE OF EMPLOYERS - WEBFORM - NO ANSWER

Hello.

I came to Canada under the IEC visa - Young Professionals.
The company wanted me to perform a job that would contravene my work permit and would endanger my physical health, as I did not have the physical requirements for the new position.
They terminated my contract three days after I started working, under the allegation that they did not have any position for me.
I requested the change of employers following the steps on IRCC website https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...p/services/work-canada/iec/extend-change.html.
I submitted my web form on April 20, 2022 and I still have not received an answer. My MP is following the case, and every time I call the support center, they give me different information.
The last info they gave me was that they were processing the web forms from April 2022, but mine was not processed yet.
I am facing emotional and financial stress because of it.
What should I do?

Unfortunately you've done all you can and the only option is to wait (or make the difficult decision to give up and return home). IRCC has a backlog of applications and webforms and unfortunately this is impacting many and resulting in long wait times. Sorry for your situation.

Do you have a new employer? When does it expire? Can you apply for another type of IEC? Right now processing to change conditions of work permits take many months due to backlogs. Sorry about this.

Yep, I have a new employer.
My current work permit just expires March next year.
I can only apply for the Young Professionals

All you can do is wait. You will only get an updated permit that still expires in March. Unfortunately no way to expedite.

The problem is: I can only apply for the WP after they say I can do so. I’ve been waiting for the Web Form to do it. I wish I could apply for the WP right away
