I have file number from AINP already through skilled worker program category, If I plan to change employer while the application is in process, how will that affect my application for permanent residency?

It will not affect your application if you inform them as soon as you change the employer.

As a PNP applicant who is being sponsored by the employer in question, you should ask the AINP before you do anything. Last time I talked to them, they told me that if you are no longer working for the employer who sponsored you, that they will cancel your nomination and you will have to start from scratch with a new employer. I have heard of other PNP's being ok with it if you were maybe laid off near the end of your processing that they still let it go forward. Talk to AINP.

Thank you all for the replies. One more question, Will I be able to change employer after I get nominated and get my nomination documents from AINP will that not affect the result from CIC regarding the release of PR visa? or do I need to stay with the employer who nominated me until the end of process and until I get my visa from CIC?

AINP told me that they have the power to cancel your visa up until the time you land as a PR. You should talk to them about this. Maybe they have changed their policy but when I asked them about this a couple of years ago, they told me that they don't look favourably on leaving the employer who sponsored you while your application is still in process.
