My name is Ronit and I am from India
My VISA has just been approved for MBA at Ryerson (May Intake). However, the course has already started and the university isn't allowing to join in this year. But I also have an admission at Degroote School of business (September Intake) for co-op MBA.
I have a few questions:
1. CIC says that I can change the DLI if the course is of the same level, which in my case is of the same level - MBA. So I can change/transfer the DLI easily right?
2. My VISA is valid till January, 2020 but the course at degroote ends in Decemeber, 2020. Can i extend the study permit after I go there, or do I have to make the changes while I am in India?
3. I haven't received my passport yet, but if it says I have got a study permit and not a study work permit, then can i apply for the co-op work permit after I go there? Or i have to do this while I am in India?
Anybody who has knowledge about this, please answers these questions as soon as possible. Any sort of help is valuable
