Hi all, as I read about the required documents that should be submitted to Canadian Embassy for a study permit, one of them was previous passports in original. What if my date of birth and signature in my current passport are different from my previous passport? (I am from Afghanistan, and such things in my country are having zero value :D, no one cares about date of birth or signature!)

But Canadians DO take notice of such discrepancies. You shouldn't have any problem with a different signature but different date of birth could create serious problems for you. I am no expert, its just my personal opinion, could be wrong though.

Cheers ;-)
