Change of Circumstances after ITA

Hi Guys,

I am married and applied EE without accompanying spouse.
With Spouse I had 429 Points and without accompanying spouse 445.

I got ITA on 25th June.
But since then my brother got his Canadian PR and I can claim his 15 points now.

Which of these scenarios should I follow and is safer?

1) Contact CIC for change of circumstances.

OR

2) Reject the ITA and change my application accordingly with 444 Points and wait for next draw.

Your circumstances did not change, you were already married. You need to go for option 2

But I can claim points for my brother now, that is change of circumstances, isnt it?

Your brother getting a PR is not a change in your personal circumstance.

For claiming points for your brother,
1. He should be physically living in Canada
2. He should be a PR from past 6-12 months.
