Change of address

my Canadian Wife has now moved back to Canada to start her job, when she filled out the IRCC webform for London, to change her address, she forgot to click on the drop down menu to show it was a change of address, she is intending to fill it out again, but it say only send this form once. what should she do? many thanks in advance. Cliff
