Change of Address

I landed in Canada as a permanent resident on December 14th and because the landing paper had the old address I was advised to change my address online in order to receive my PR card. I tried so many times to change my address online but the system doesn't recognize the information i provide and i don't know what else i can do. I called the cic call centre 3 times and they just sent me a link of how to change my address online which I have already done it so many times.
Is there any other way to change my address?
