Change of Address

I have an application for PR OUTLAND from the USA, my wife is a Canadian. She was approved as the sponser, we are now waiting for part 2.
She moved 2 months ago, and has completed the online change of address service on cic.ca. It says it takes 15 days to process. It has been well over 15 days since doing it, and it still shows the old address when checking application status. Do we need to call?
