Change of address within a city and district(street) after PPR

Hello,
After recieving PPR I moved to another building within my district (800 m from my previous address). Do I need to inform IRCC through the CSE form about this minor change? In the PPR letter they said I need to inform the, about address change, but may be they refer to Country move?
I went to the web form and it says:
"Note: If you are submitting an address change, include your new address (street name, street number, city, province, postal code and country)."
But my street did not change, only building and apartment.
