Change of Address for a PR holder in Canada

Please, advise:
For a holder of PR card who is residing in Canada, and who recently changed their home address (in the same province), do they have to notify IRCC about the change in their address? How to do that?
Please note they have already updated their address with CRA.

No. You don't need to as their is no open Immigration file with IRCC with your name.

Hi. I landed in Canada on 11th August. I was asked to update my address by calling IRCC customer service number by the immigration officer at the airport . The customer service representative asked me to fill up a web page and submit it online. I have done that but I have not received any information from cic regarding the update of my address. How do I check now since I am back in India for some urgent work.
