Change of address and case process aboard

I have a question.
I check on cic website who can change address.

You may use this on-line service if:

your case is being processed in Canada;
your address is in Canada;
you are moving within three weeks;
you have not been requested to report your change of address in person to your local office.

And you:

sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (initial, replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

My question is on Jan 27, 2012 address disappeared and updated same day or next day same old address in different line. When i use my wife file and eCAS give access to modify or change address using that links https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=coa. Same week they issued PPR letter.
Anyone had same issue?

Hi, I have a similar issue. I applied in October 2011 for a spousal visa and recently they changed my home address with the address of my husband, from Canada.
Meanwhile I am visiting Canada on a valid tourist visa. I wrote them twice to ask how does this impact my application and I have no answer so far.
