I received an information letter which starts with "The processing of your application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete. You must complete the following steps within 7 days in order for your Confirmation of Permanent Residence to be issued."
I believe this is a confirmation that my PR has been approved. I am an inland FSW applicant and living in Toronto. I recently moved to a new apartment in Toronto. Should I fill a web form and let CIC know about my new address? Is there any physical mail communication between CIC and an inland applicant?

I was able to get in touch with the agent via telephone and was able to get the address updated on the phone. Now just waiting for the local immigration office to send us further instructions.
