Change of Address after AOR

Hello,

I applied for permanent residency through Quebec Skilled Worker program after qualifying for the PEQ (I was living in Montreal at the time). I just received the AOR on December 9th. In the time since I've applied I've relocated to Karachi, Pakistan and renewed my passport. Should I send them an update with this information? How would I go about it? They've provided an email address in my email for the AOR, should I just email them with a scanned passport copy?
