You have a couple options for guarantor. You can do a doctor/dentist/pharmacist anyone of that nature that knows you for 5 years or more, or you can use the Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor.

Thanks. If I find a doctor/lawyer, does he/she need to know me more than five years? Can he/she do that for me if we just meet?

You just need to prove that you have been leaving in Ontario for 1 year, Why you are looking for 5 years?
