Change in Sponsor's residence mid-application

Hi all,

My Canadian fiancée is sponsoring me for a family class PR visa. I am currently in the UK and she is in Canada and we are applying for Outland. However, due to Coronavirus and the increase in processing times, my fiancée is going to come to me in the UK while we wait for the application to go through.

Can anyone tell me if its possible for her to leave Canada and come to the UK mid-way through the application process? Or do we have to withdraw the application and apply from scratch once she is in the UK with me?

Provided she's a citizen, it's fine. If she's a PR, it's an issue.

If she's a citizen, just file a webform with an address change.
