Change in online status since March

Hello
We've had our test in Sept 2019 and were asked for additional documents which we sent in Nov 2019. Nothing since.
I'm wondering if anyone who has already done the test has had a change in online status since March? Or are they only working on applications which had previous oaths scheduled?
Anyone in same situation?

Yes I did my test in October, additional documentation requested in November, same supplied by November 24th, status changed to DM in early March. I called the call center last week and was told it is documented on my file that I am oat ready, however no date has been set as yet. Office is Edmonton.

Can you please advise which number you called ? i am trying to get connected to any one but it cuts away it self.
