Change in new CLB level chart on 8-Jan-2013

I see some changes (made on 8-Jan-2013) to the IELTS/CLB level chart on CIC website!!
I thought it might be helpful for some one (mainly for those applying under Skill level B)

you can also see some other small changes (other than the marked one), looks like they are still working on this....

As per their guide, all applications received on or after 2-Jan-2013 would be processed based on new requirements.

I just wanted to clarify one thing here, the CLB chart given above - both Old and New charts - are new requirement charts only. What I am trying to show is, there was a change in the new chart itself on 8-Jan-2013.

The other case everyone knew - that the requirements of last year has been changed in this year.

It is not directly on their website, there are now two guides for CEC:

1. For application submitted before 2-jan-13: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op25-eng.pdf
First chapter says: "This chapter describes the processing of applications for permanent residence submitted by applicants in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) received before January 2, 2013."

2. For application submitted on or after 2-jan-13: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op25A-eng.pdf
First chapter says: "This chapter describes the processing of applications for permanent residence submitted by applicants in the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and received by the Centralized
Intake Office (CIO) on or after January 2, 2013."

when you check both guides you can see the language requirement has been changed..I am sorry if it is a bad news for you..
