Change in name

Hello everyone,
After marriage I changed my name completely i.e both my first name and last name. I published my new name in the leading news papers and have an attested affidavit regarding the name change. I am about to submit my documents to WES under my current name however my degree and my marks sheet bear my maiden name. My question is, what documents do I need to submit to support as well as to claim that the transcript WES has received is of the same applicant. Please advice.

Thanks for your question. Yes, I have a name change affidavit on the stamp paper which is notarised and which states that after marriage I changed my name and in future I shall be known by my new name.
So do I need to submit my name change affidavit to WES coz of the discrepancy in the name on the transcript ?

Where did you change thay? In canada ? Outside canada? What about official documents like passeports ids... yes wes would accept that

I appreciate your response. I changed my name 14 years ago in India. All my official documents like my Passport are under my Current name. Do I need to send WES any document related to my name change along with my transcripts? Please suggest. Thanks

did you try contacting WES? Or looking for that information on their website?
