No, do your ECA normally and explain in LOE. You're going to upload your marriage certificate anyways.

For the ECA, WES will look only at the educational documents. No need to send the passport. When you submit your documents, you will have to attach the Marriage Certificate and explain the name change due to marriage in LOE.
