change in file number and PPR without medicals

I am bit confused . Two months ago I received a letter to send the updated informations and pcc from australia and pakistan, But I never been to these countries, I lived only in INDIA AND UK.I sent the updated info and said I never ben to these countries but hasnt got any reply. in this letter they mentioned a file number which starts with ;;B;;. But in my PER the application/file number starts with E.

Today I received an Email to send the PPR. But I havent received the medical yet. But again the number on the top starts with B not E.

I am not sure whether the file number changed after RBVO or they mistakenly sent some one elses letter to me..

I checked the Ecas and both these appliccation numbers are working...

Is it normal to send the PPR without requesting medicals...

the LVO is issuse another file no which start from B,g... and yes its different from your previous file no. normally they asked PCC and RPRF with medical but still you never know, my advise send all the requested document ASAP you will get your medical soon.
