Change in Family Status SINP

I have received the SINP nomination, but now my wife is pregnant and her due date is next year.

1. Should i inform SINP about the change?
2. What is the procedure in IRCC?

pls help.

Also how many days will the SINP nomination reflect in IRCC account as its still shown as waiting for nomination?

Not sure about PNP, but it should be fairly similar to what happens in Express Entry where family composition ONLY changes when your child is actually born. So, you'll have to inform when the child is born.
