Change in DLI while Study Permit is in Processing?

Hi all!

Looking for some leads regarding an issue I am currently facing and would appreciate any help I can get.

My Study Permit application for a DLI in Ontario has been in processing since beginning of May 2020. I want to change my DLI to one in Quebec, I have gotten my CAQ as well. Now is there a way to modify the DLI in my current Study Permit application or would I have to start a new application from scratch?

Hey! I won a prestigious award at my first school so I dropped all other offers without changing any DLIs But my school’s imm advisor was very resourceful so I would recommend definitely asking them.
