Quick question: during application we've chosen paper certificate. I've read here on forum that they still asking which certificate we would want during ceremony so basically I would be able to change it to e-cert. is it correct?

Have you research whether passport canada and province accept e-certificate or not?
Lately I havent read about passport canada not accepting e-certificate. Have you ?
It was only in the initial days of e-certificate rollout.
You need to discuss it with the Oath officer during the ceremony. They can process the change request.
