Change evaluation type in WES

Hi,

I wanted to assess my educational credentials for Express Entry Process. I selected World Educational Services (WES) as the assessment body and started the process and now is in the document reviewing stage. However, later I realized that I applied for WES standard application (For educational purposes in Canada) instead of ECA application for IRCC. Now I want to change it to ECA application for IRCC (For migration). Is that possible to change it now? Or does Canadian Express Entry accept WES standard application for migration?

Canadian Express Entry won't accept your WES standard application as it is meant for higher education and not immigration, that is why two options were given in the first place.

ECA is an ICAP Document by Document Evaluation, and other is Standard Course by Course or Document by Document evaluation with GPA calculation where ICAP is add-on service.

You need to contact WES and ask them if it is possible for an upgrade or type change of evaluation. If yes, they may or may not ask you to pay some additional fee.

If one changes the evaluation type from document by document (for IRCC) to course by course (for education) does the previous evaluation still stand valid?
