Hello,

I have submitted my FSW1 application 2 days ago to the CIO , I choosed London Visa office as I am currently working and living in Saudi Arabia since 2006 , but i am planning to move to UK in July 2010, in that case would that move affect my eligibilty regarding London office or not ?

also , is there any way to get the Saudi police certificate without Canadian embassy letter ? , I just want to avoid the hassle of trying to get it after leaving the country as i heared it is very difficult and time consuming procedure.

Thanks and best regards

No one has any idea ? :(

Your move to UK will not affect the outcome of your application. After shifting write a letter informing change of address.

Thanks explorer101, I will also try to keep all documents showing that i was a resident of Saudi arabia at the time of application.

Check this link related to police clearance applicable to Saudi Arabia...

As per the link and since your visa office is London, there's no way you can get a police clearance without the letter from the Canadian High Commission..

Thanks Bahrain_Pearl , I checked the link, it seems that it will be tough procedures , specially after leaving Saudi Arabia, I read at this forum that some applicants managed to waive it after they left saudi arabia.

lets hope for the best :)
