ITA has no value if you cannot prove everything you have stated in your EE profile. So, your chances could be zero or 100%. It all depends on what you have mentioned and how well you can prove it to the satisfaction of the immigration officer. And apar from that, you should pass CIC's background checks and medical requirements as well.
