Chances of Visa Refusal Please Help ??

Hello Everyone ,
I am a student from india and i applied for september 2015 intake in Seneca College Jane Campus.
My Course is Diploma in Me chanical Engineering Technician Tool Design 2 Years.
My Ielts Score is 6 Overall - L -7 , W -6 , R and S - 5.5 both)
I Completed My 12th Non-Medical in 2014
My Percentage in
10th - 62 % overall and above 60% in all subjects

But in Maths - 49 %

12th N.Medical - 66 % Overall
in Physics nd Chemistry - 71% In Both and above 60% in all other subjects

But again in Maths - 50 %

Although College has Accepted me for the coursw nd i got an offer letter from College in M.Eng Tool Design.
But I am still worried about my low marks in mathematics both in 10th 49 % nd 12th class 50 %.
It is said that the base of m.eng is maths nd i met the colleg's eligibilty criteria but i am still worried if visa officer doubts on my low marks in maths nd rejects my case giving reason that my maths grade are too low.tell me if low marks in mathematics could be the reason of rejection and also tell me if visas are approved in such cases.
So I am totally worried and confused whether to apply or not
Please give me suggestions everyone tht will i get rejected by this reason or not..all suggestions are welcomed
