Chances of study permit and SOWP approval

There are no public universities that offer a masters because it really is a PG program. Your chance of refusal is higher because you are going from a public to a private institution. Anyone can get acceptance to a private school.

We are also waiting to hear back from Univ. of Winnipeg but that is a 1 year diploma.
Since it is a public university, do you think I should wait for it and go for 1 year diploma instead of Masters from Northeastern?

How does a 1 year diploma from U of W improve upon your first refusal?

I think it does not. I just don’t know if 1 year grad. certificate program was one of the reasons for refusal so we still applied for few 1 year programs.

So how does this new program and its high costs change or help your career plans/progression. You can take a PM course anywhere.

Yes, a PM program can be taken anywhere and there are so many other programs that can be taken anywhere in the world, yet people choose Canada for some good reasons that I have to explain better in my SOP this time.
