Chances of receiving Study permit if applied on 29th July under SPP for Sept

Hello,
I applied visa for Sept intake on 29th August under SPP. On 10th August my medical was 'Passed'. I have already booked a flight on 25th of August hoping that Visa will arrive before that. What are the chances? Can anyone help me, I am really worried. :'(

Most people on here would have advised to not have booked any flight before actually having a study permit in your hand as it were. Approval times can be pretty random so there is no way really to say if you will get itin time or not but for sure keep your Uni/College informed where necessary. Good luck

Where you applied and whether SPP/Non SPP Category?
If Banglore VFS it taking long time.

Applied online under SPP.. Received an update today.. Got refused :'( stating "Your proposed studies are not reasonable". Will reapply.
