Hello, hopefully someone has gone through this or knows what I can do.
In 2007, I applied for refugee in Ontario, it was rejected, after that I appealed and then I applied for PRRA, it was rejected and in 2010. I came back to Mexico, my removal became deportation. I left Canada buying my own plane ticket.

I found out that what I have to prove, among others is that the circumstances that lead to the removal order have changed, here's my situation:

I've been living 6 years in Mexico and I now work as a professional, I'm married, I have a US visa. I have absolutely no intention of moving outside of Mexico but I would like to go back to Toronto and visit friends, also run the Toronto Marathon.

I'd like to mention also that I did not commit any crime or anything, I was always very cooperative with CBSA, I showed up every time I was required, I was not removed under escort, also showed up to my hearing and I'm healthy.

I'd like to know what are the chances of getting a ARC permit approved ????

Thank you !!!
