Chances of getting Waterloo

Hello everyone its my first post and I have got many help from canadavisa.com for issues related to admissions and immigration. But now i,m worried about getting admission in canada for masters program in ECE . I just want to know whether waterloo is university which i can rely on to get admit because im crazy about waterloo.

I have 72.25% (4 yr aggr), 1 paper(published in IJCA) , 1 major project (2 natioanl awards) and few extra curricular.
Other Unis for ECE are
SFU,
Victoria
U Ottawa
Carlton
Just wanted to know whether its possible for my profile to fit in these university if not Waterloo.

For MENG, i dont have any work exp im just 2015 passout. But i have offer letter for L&T infotech but im not going to join them.
