Hi. I have a complicated case. Applied for work visa in 2008 after finishing my 12 th exams and got rejected.
As they found all the information provided as deceitful.
Now applying for study visa.
10th -2005(51.1%)
12th -2007(63%)
Bachelors in tourism studies from ignou(distance Learning) 2009-2012 with 57%.
IELTS score-6.5(L-7,W-6,R-6,S-7)
Work experience-June 2010 to May2012(retail) also visited morocco for 3day seminar in January 2012 from company.
Work experience into human resources-August 2012 to May 2016.
I will be applying for PG diploma for January 2017 intake into human resource management.
What are my chances for getting study visa to Canada??
Also, I got refusal in 2008 for work permit wherein I stated I don't have anyone living in Canada as my uncle does stay there. Should I state this in my application of study visa that I do have relatives.
What all details or pros and cons should be made by me for a strong case?? Please suggest. Thank you.
