12th :84.7%
graduation :77%
Post graduation(mca): 66.47%
experience :1.5year
IELTS :6.0 (LIS:6.0;WRITING:6.0 READING:6.5; SPEAKING:6.0)

Applied for PG Diploma (Internet Programming and Database Management) from humber(spp college) and got admission too.

What is the possibility of my getting visa chances?

I think your profile is pretty strong. If your financial status is also strong, along with your current qualification. You'll get visa.

The course fee structure+ accomomdation for one year is 19k $cad. How much amount I have to shown for bank loan and property

if u r applying under spp thn educational loan is enough to show strng finances
