In 2018 January , i moved to Edmonton from India on a study permit. Within a month of staying there, I had severe anxiety attack and I was hospitalised. I returned home and never went back. That is one of my biggest failure/regrets. I was 19 so I keep telling myself that it’s ok I was young. My younger sister went to pursue her bachelors in Canada in 2021. I am currently done with my undergrad degree in India. Now I want to apply for masters in Canada.

What are my chances of getting rejected? I have heard that the immigration officer might reject my visa application because I moved back without completing my studies in Canada. They might question my intentions to stay in Canada?

You would need to show why you would be successful this time. That you have sought treatment for your mental health issues. Impossible for anyone to say. Also depends on your grades and the program that has accepted you. Habing a sibling in Canada will make your application weaker because there will be concerns your family is trying to all immigrate to Canada.
