Chances of getting picked up with CRS 425 in OPNP

Hi I am from India with 2+ degress and CRS 425. What are the chnaces that my profile gets selected in OPNP draw if I submit my profile in Jan'19. I have a brother who has canadian PR and currently stays in Toranto.

No one can tell you anything about chances here, as no one is directly associated with IRCC. The best you can do is try to improve your score either by maxing out IELTS or learning French and hoping that OINP picks your App. Good luck.
