Chances of getting in the stipulated CAP

My application reached CIC on 30-01-2012. My NOC is 3233. Now the status is 473 as of 07-02-2012. What is my chance of getting in the stipulated cap?

hi there, im just curious, what happened with your application? last time i checked you are november applicant like me but how come in your timeline it says appli received Jan 19th? was you kit returned?
