Chances of Getting admit to McMaster

Hi Folks,

My profile as follows;
BE in Mech - 79%
SSLC - 82%
Diploma in Mech - 84%
Experience - 10+ years of Industrial experience
IELTS - 7 (no less than 6.5)
GRE - 309

I am planning my Master's in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering in Fall 2019.

1. Please let me know what's the chances of getting admit to McMaster.

2. What major is preferable for me Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

3. Which is highly demanded in-terms of job perspective

4. Suggest few other University based on my profile.

P.S. : Right now I am not interested in PR. I am planning to apply once I done with Master's.
