Wondering if anyone could offer help/advice...
I'm hoping to apply for the OINP human capital priorities stream, I'm wanting to know whether I would stand a fighting chance?
- My CRS score is 456 (a little low I know)
- I'm unsure about how they draw lots, they specify certain professions (I'm unlikely to have my occupation as targeted - chemical analyst)
I'm just a bit confused on the chances of getting an NOI for this stream or should I no get my hopes up? TIA

Ontario selects from a list of priority occupations. So to have a chance at possibly being selected, your NOC needs to be on the list. Have you looked at what NOCs were selected in past draws? If your occupation is not targeted, then you should assume you won't be invited by Ontario.
